Shipping

If you place an order, you will receive an e-mail when we shipped your order. The delivery time depends on the distance. When you live in The Netherlands, the delivery time is between 1 - 3 working days. If you live outside The Netherlands, the delivery time is between 3 - 5 working days. 

Returns

You can return your package up to 14 days after receiving the package.
The package must meet the following conditions:

• All clothes must be unworn and unwashed
• All clothes needs the original hangtag
• All clothes needs to be shipped in the original bag

If you want to return your package, you can send an e-mail with your request to info@azendoreclothing.com
After that, you will receive an e-mail with the return label and the return form. Fill in the return form and place it in the bag with the clothes. Then stick the return label on the shipping bag.

PAY ATTENTION: stick the return label over the old label so that the old label is no longer visible.
